  • Vivid Sydney is organised by the NSW Government and Destination NSW
  • Requests for dietary (gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free), substitutions and modifications of menus will be politely declined, as we have an on board kitchen and our kitchen team is required to serve the menus within a required time period, of the respective cruises. All our cruises have at least one vegetarian menu option for seated & served menus and buffets also offer vegetarian choice. We cannot guarantee that certain products or ingredients (nuts, gluten, dairy, etc.) will not be in our food, and we explicitly accept no liability in this regard. For serious food allergies you must make your own decisions on selecting meals. Our staff’s comments are only to assist you in making an informed decision 
  • Cruise program and schedule may be subject to change 
  • All bookings prior to 30th November can be cancelled at any time up to 72 hours prior to the cruise date for a full refund. For clarity, a booking for 30th November can be cancelled up to 23:59 AEST on 26th November
  • All cancellation requests must be sent via email to icare@australiancruisegroup.com.au. Please forward us the E-ticket for a faster refund process. Once we have received your request, we will refund the ticket price paid in full to the exact credit card or payment method used for the booking.
  • No cancellation charges apply for individual bookings cancelled more than 72hours prior to the cruise. All cancellation requests received between 72 hours and 24 hours prior to departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No show passengers, a confirmed passenger who fails to board a vessel prior to departure, will receive no refund irrespective of reasoning, and a no-show fee of 100% will apply.
  • All cancellations requests received within 24 hours prior to the cruise date are 100% non-refundable, irrespective of the cancellation reason.
  • Prams will be stored in a specific area of the boat during the cruise. Space is not allocated beside the dining table.
  • No high chairs available due to safety reasons. If you would like a seat allocated to your infant (0-2 years).
  • Infant (0-2 years) – Free of charge. No allocated seats, no high chairs and no pram space.
  • We would appreciate the support of all adults / parents to ensure that all children onboard under the age of 14 to 18 must remain seated at the table. If children are on the outer decks, they must be accompanied by an adult at all times. It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure that their children do not run around the boat, which may cause safety issues. It is also important to ensure children do not disturb any other passengers.  Failure to comply may lead to the removal of the group from the vessel. The company will not be responsible for any accidents due to non-compliance to this strict guideline.There are no baby-changing facilities on board
  • We adhere strictly to NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol guidelines
  • Unfortunately we cannot accommodate requests for split bills onboard. Each table will be presented with 1 bill for all additional onboard purchases. Credit card payments are preferred.
  • All of our special event cruises are usually in high demand and fully booked prior to cruise date. The seating arrangements on board various cruises are planned by our Cruise Directors well in advance. If you have any special requests to be seated next to a particular group/friends booked on the same cruise, please advise us 7 days prior to cruise date.
  • All cruises operate subject to minimum loading to make it viable.
  • The Company reserves the right to transfer your booking to a similar cruise on the same cruise date.
  • We will advise you details of your new cruise by forwarding you a new e-ticket with all the cruise details.
  • We will always endeavour to assign you to a cruise that operates closer to your departure time and duration of cruise. On receiving your new e-ticket please review the cruise details including the menu and inclusions.
  • If you wish to not proceed with the scheduled new cruise please forward the new e-ticket to the following email (res@australiancruisegroup.com.au) at least 24 hours prior to departure so that we can reschedule your cruise to the next available departure.
  • Guests, who booked via online travel agents, or any other travel distribution partner, are advised to contact their booking provider for any cancellation or amendment request.

Dress Code

  • We recommend comfortable shoes (no high heels).
  • While shorts are permitted on Magistic dinner cruise, singlets are strictly not allowed on board.
  • Please check the weather conditions prior to travel as jackets may be required.
